Our tumblers are all handmade and custom, therefore refunds will be on a case by case basis. If your cup is damaged outside of user error, please contact us to discuss options of replacement or repair. Any damage done to the tumbler due to not following care directions provided will result in non-repairable items.
Partial refunds of 50% of total balance (minus shipping) are on a case by case basis and only issued once original item has been returned. Once the item is received, we will inspect and notify you that we have it and then give you the status of your refund. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning any items.
All apparel is made to order. Please refer to size charts before ordering. Any issues with sizing will be resolved with an exchange. Customer will be responsible for shipping to exchange.
Any issues regarding a defect of the shirt upon arrival will be replaced.
Any issues or defects that arise due to not following proper wash instructions will not be replaced.
Keychains & Badge Reels
All custom keychains will be subject to a case by case basis for refund. Custom keychains will only be eligible for 50% refund after item is returned.
Any exchange due to manufacturing defect will be replaced for a 1 month time period. Any exchange due to customer caused damage will not be covered. Please contact to discuss replacement or repair. Keychains and badge reels are not fragile but also not indestructible - PLEASE BE CAREFUL.
